Can I request a custom portrait session at a location of my choice?
Yes, as long as the location is within our service area and is fully wheelchair accessible. We primarily serve Rowan County, including Salisbury, Concord, Kannapolis, China Grove, Spencer, Granite Quarry, Rockwell, Landis, and Cleveland. Some locations may require an additional Location Upgrade fee.
Will the photographer having a disability affect the outcome of my session?
No, it has no impact on the quality of your session. In fact, it provides a creative and distinct perspective that differs from typical standing-height images.
What types of portrait photography do you offer?
JC Photography specializes in individual, couple, family/group, close-up, creative, and small event photography. We also offer Senior Portraits and Graduation Portraits.
Do you offer physical prints or just digital copies?
We only offer digital images. Every session includes a private online gallery with personal-use print rights. Prints or products are not currently offered.
How many images do I receive?
All final, fully-edited images from your session are included. There is no image cap.
How long will I have access to my online gallery?
Your private gallery will be available for 30 days after delivery. Be sure to download and back up your images before it expires.
What is the turnaround time for image delivery?
Most galleries are delivered within 1-2 weeks. A Rush Delivery option is available for a fee if you need your photos faster.
Can I reschedule or cancel my session?
Yes. Reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance require a $25 reschedule fee. If you cancel within 48 hours and do not reschedule, a $35 last-minute cancelation fee applies. The installment is non-refundable in all cases. Weather or emergencies may be exempt with proof.
What if I'm late to my session?
A 10% late fee applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. After 30 minutes without notice, your session may be canceled and the installment forfeited.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance. Your session is only confirmed after the installment is paid electronically.
Can I add people to my session?
Yes. For group sessions with more than 4 people, there is a $25 per person fee. For shared sessions (friends/siblings), images and time is split evenly unless otherwise arranged.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. Sessions booked in May, June, or September receive a 25% discount in honor of mental health awareness months.
Can I select add-ons later?
Add-ons must be selected and paid before your session. Options include Rush Delivery, Sneak Peek, USB Keepsake, Premium Retouching, and more. Details are on the Pricing Page.
